Ceramsite Production Line Introduction

Ceramsite sand is one of the most important members among the lightweight aggregate family. It is a type of artificial lightweight aggregate granulated and calcined with such raw materials as various clay, mudstone, killas, gangue, coal ash, shale, sludge and industrial solid waste. With it, we can prepare ceramsite concrete with strength grade CL30~CL60 or even higher. It is said that ceramsite concrete can be used to replace common concrete.

Composition of Ceramsite Production Line

1. Main raw materials: waste residue such as fly ash slag, gangue, tailings powder.
2. Designed annual output: 25000m³coal ash burn-free ceramsite, 35000m³ ceramsite concrete light hollow block. If the die is changed, eight million ceramsite air brick or 10 million standard ceramsite brick can be produced.
3. Site area: about 10~12mu.
4. Personnel quota of single shift: about 20 persons.
5. Installed gross capacity: about 70KW.
6. Semi-mechanized production technology is adopted, so that there is no exhaust gas, waste water or waste residue produced in the production process, which conforms to the requirement of environmental protection and energy conservancy.
